UB40 bassist Earl Hawker has been banned from operative companies for foursome years

Earl Falconer was secured because his companionship Automatic Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't evenhandedly split the takings with creditors.

The group's patronage managing director David Dorothy Rothschild Parker and beau manager Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-year bans severally. 

It is tacit two former ex-ring members were among the creditors.
